Job Description
Are you a student with a love for swimming? Our Waves Of Wilmington,Inc. in Wilmington, NC is seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to lead our swimming programs and provide lessons to children of all ages and skill levels. If you have excellent communication skills and a knack for inspiring young swimmers, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed
Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes and techniques
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Passion for swimming and working with children
